Ring Quest: The Continuing Story of the Ring

Ring Quest is a real modern day quest to help put right the mistakes of the past which we have repeated over and over again.

For anyone new to Lord of the Rings, Tolkien’s Ring Trilogy recounts the perilous journey of Frodo and loyal friends including Gandalf the Wizard and Strider, to destroy the One Ring belonging to the Dark Lord in the fiery volcano. On the success of their mission hangs the fate of Middle Earth: whether it will enter a new age of freedom or be enslaved by the Ring Lord, Sauron. 

What if Lord of the Rings were a true story? Tolkien asserts just that in a letter dated 8 September 1955.

The problem is that Sauron's evil Ring of Power was not fully destroyed when it fell into the fiery abyss as thought. It has reconstituted itself ever since at the end of every Age and exerted an evil influence in the world. Now, at the end of another Age, humankind has the chance to change the story and stop the endless recycling. Power centres in London are discovered where  the One Ring can be cleansed of its evil vibrations. Only then can it be used for good.About
